1. Service Overview

Studio M Beauty Bar provides professional beauty services, including the Studio M Signature Sew-In Package and related luxury hair care experiences. All appointments are offered by our trained and certified team, led by Muriel Hollins.

2. Booking & Deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

Deposits apply toward your total service cost and are not transferable to another person.

By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Repeated reschedules or no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.

In the event Studio M Beauty Bar must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will automatically transfer to a new agreed-upon date.

4. Late Arrivals

To respect all clients’ time:

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation at the stylist’s discretion.

Late arrivals without notice may be treated as a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Refund Policy

All sales and deposits are final and non-refundable, as our services are customized and time-based.

Refunds will not be issued for completed services or unused appointments.

6. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, scalp sensitivities, or medical conditions before service.
Studio M Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse service if conditions may pose a risk to health or safety.

7. Payment Terms

We accept major debit/credit cards and approved digital payments.
Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party partners, and Studio M Beauty Bar does not store your full payment details.

8. Use of Images and Testimonials

By receiving a service, you grant Studio M Signature Hair Extensions LLC permission to use before-and-after photos or testimonials for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing before your appointment.

9. Privacy Commitment

10. Limitation of Liability

Studio M Beauty Bar and its staff are not responsible for:

Reactions to products disclosed after service

Damage resulting from improper home care or maintenance

Loss or delay caused by technical or scheduling issues beyond our control
